VIP Silver Card Application Form

Step 1: Application
You must be living in Hong Kong, Macau or Zhuhai to apply for the VIP Silver Card.
If so, please fill in the form below. Make sure the information provided is correct.
Step 2: Activation
We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your application. Please reply to this email in order to activate your application.
If you do not hear from us within 72 hours, please do not re-apply but contact us by email (vip@expat9.com) or by phone (+86 756 8811 701).
Step 3: Collection
Once your application has been activated, it will take about 3 weeks for your card to be produced.
We will call your mobile phone to let you know when your card is ready.

Expat9.com reserves the right to decline VIP silver applications.
