The idea of “hairy crab” doesn’t exactly get the mouth watering. What’s next? Furry pork, shaggy halibut or bushy avocado? Sounds unappealing. Perhaps the folks who convinced the world that the Patagonian toothfish should be called “Chilean sea bass” should re-brand this dish.
