Dear expat9 Members,

I have been running this site for nearly 2 years (in fact 5 years if we count macauzhuhai).
It has been a great experience and I would like to thank you all, users and sponsors alike, for your great support and friendship: expat9 has enabled me to meet so many interesting people in this part of the world!
All things come to an end and expat9 will no longer be online at the end of this month.

Along with Christopher Cottrell, Peter Hourle and Christopher Bradshaw, I am launching a new media platform called Delta Bridges which focuses on the whole Pearl River Delta and is more business orientated.

My 2 teenage nephews are coming for 2 weeks during their winter holidays. I know they will be very glad if they can do fishing in Hong Kong reservoirs. But how to get the fishing licences for them?  read more »
